I need a simple software, working on a csv file. It should be made by 5 windows. I have already designed its GUI. I just need someone to write its code, because of lack of time by my side. You can use any language to write it. It must run on a Windows computer as standalone. This software will run in my corporation, so I can not publish more here. I can describe what kind of data it will manage and the UI design through email. Leave yours in the proposal. Thanks
