batch/powershell Script to check for highest version in filename and delete older versions

I have thousands of files where most of them have the same file name ending with a different version number (for example: _1.0 / _1.1 / 2.0)
I need a script that will check all the files, find the highest version and move it to a separate directory OR delete all the files that have lower versions. An example file list has been attached, please note this is not the full list, and filename prefixes will vary.
Kindly provide a simple script that is editable by us also if we need to change it later.
