XML extract file using python

I have multiple files contains certain information that I want to extract out of XML files.

1. The program will extract a portion of file name and save in a column in a folder 1 lever below

2. The program will look into the file and look for a particular key work, then extract the value according to that key work and save in column 2

4. close the file and open the next file and loop this job until it finish reading all file and save as comma value separate (CVS) to import to excel

5. The program will shows that it is completed and wait for closing.

Here is the name of the files: The python file in in the parent folder with a child folder name A

inside this folder A we have 2 files: abc@cde@efg@[login to view URL] and asg@jhf@ruish@[login to view URL]

I want the part between the final @ and .xml

here is the inside structure will look like:

<Item>

<Name>System Class</Name>

<InnerName>abc</InnerName>

<Value>hell/heaven/Globe</Value>

</Item>

I want Python to find the InnerName abc and extract the value Globe

then loop until all file is check.
