I am an expert in ASP.Net, WebForms, MVC, VS (2003 to 2017), C#, IIS, SQL 2008, etc. implementation and hope I can definitely sort out the issue. What is the error message you are getting ? Is any compatible issue there ? Is IIS configured correctly with 32 bit application ? Would be great if you can just share the error message so I can suggest or work accordingly.
