I am looking for someone who can develop the following software(s): First part of the software; *automated reminder calling system done at specific times hourly/daily/weekly, etc. and for different types of reminders or reasons which is programable for every single client (wellness check/medication reminder/appt. Reminder, etc.) *several different automated Recorded reminder calls made up to three times per person until client answers in 5 min intervals * If there is no answer after the third time then an alert will be sent to another number where an operator (live human) will be made aware of the non connection by stating clients name and phone number *must be able to customize different automated calls for every single client and for specific times on an ongoing basis *must be capable of handling an unlimited amount of different clients at one time 2nd part of the software: * I need to have a software system or platform that allows for video camera viewing into a clients home for wellness checks once cameras have been set up in their home. * this platform must be capable of monitoring an unlimited amount of different homes in real time and easy/quick access where you can type in clients phone number and it will bring up their live feed in their home in our system *audio is a must so if they are not able to get to a phone, we can communicate with them through the video system *must have a login area connecting to each individual live video feed so family can check in when ever they want *platform must be capable of handling an unlimited amount of video/audio feeds Business overview: Business that provides reminder type calls to clients all over Canada and the USA. Mostly targeted towards the elderly who are wanting to remain independent and stay living in their home and to give family members who are not close by a peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after while they are not there. Our system is automated to a degree but we have trained representatives that will take over if any calls are not being answered by receiving an alert. We will also offer our clients a wellness check package where in the case their loved one doesn’t answer the automated call by the 3rd try (within 15mins), a live human will check out the live video feed to make sure client is okay and give the reminder through the video/audio feed or call for help on their behalf.
