Hi, I am fluent in Python and as a part of my job I write scripts which access intranet and internet resources when connected through VPN and externally (that, obviously, requires handling proxies). I would be happy to help you with your problem.
I have a few concerns though:
1. You want to integrate PyProxyToolkit into your project, it seems that the last commit to that project was made more than 2 years ago and it doesn't have a large code base (only 5 stars on Github). Is there any particular reason you wanted to use it?
2. You want to run it on CentOS 6 and PyProxyToolkit only supports Python 3. Do you have or are you able to install Python 3 on your server?
