Media Player software to run on Debian Raspian for Raspberry PI 3

We need a Video and Picture Player application built to run specifically on the PI3 for the Debian Raspian platform. The player would have the following functionality:
- Seamless looping of video files
- Ability to create custom cue points and assign 'hot keys' to cue points in the timeline.
- Ability to create 'stop' points in Timeline.
- Ability to autoscale the media to whatever resolution of screen is displayed
- Customize display settings for output: 1080, 720, 1600x900, 1440x900, 1280x800, 1360x768, 1366x768, etc.
- Playback following formats: .mov, mp4, .avi and media encoded with Apple Prores, Mpeg4, H264.
