Make existing project work with new XML format.

I have an existing project which I have simplified the source code so that I can just select a xml file from a file open dialog, and it will show me correct graphics and info on the graphics control provided. The xml file format that this is based on has changed so I need someone to modify the project so that it will work the same way with both the old format and the new format. Simply put, I need someone to make the xml parser for the new format, and get all of the same necessary information as the old format. I have attached a video of what the program does, and also sample formats of old and new xml format. It will only work with the old format now. I will provide full source, and more samples before start of project. Not all info in the xml file is used for this, but the same info that it is retrieving currently from the old xml file format will be necessary when parsing the new xml format.
Please bid only after looking at the project attachments. Also any people with experience working with dxf and cad/cam geometry a plus, as I am looking for candidates for future projects as well.
