Google Calendar Synchronization Published Code not working in IIS

We are trying to read and create events in Google Calendar. Code works fine in localhost. However when we deploy it in IIS it gives error of access denied. we have reffered to this url for code and it works fine in localhost\Visual Studio [login to view URL] we are using .net framework 4.6 before bidding for project make sure you have prior experience doing similar thing
