I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed.
I need a new program to login and process the payment.
I lost my previous programmer, who had set up a software already. I can send you this software. However, the software was locked and in Chinese. So I need a person who can set up a new program, this project will need you to renew when the website has changed/updated.
The program is to speed up login into the website and make the payment through credit card. I will provide one of the login details for creating this program.

We will log in from: "Facility Booking - Personalised Version"
We have to log in and complete the process within 30 seconds.
The setup fee is US$1,000.00 (once-off)
The renewal fee is US$100.00/each (it should be 3 months per updated).
The fee can be negotiable.
