Build software for Z-wave bridge

Hi,

We are a Norwegian company with in house SW engineers but we often struggle with capacity and therefore we outsource som jobs. We have used odesk/upwork several times with success but are new to freelancer.

We are currently planning a Z-wave bridge project and consider to outsurce it from the start. This invitation is only to access if there is available resources in frelancer to complete such a project.

Detailed spesification will be provided at a later stage, but what we want is someone to build a

Z‐Wave device type

Basic Device Class: BASIC_TYPE_ROUTING_SLAVE

Generic Device Class: GENERIC_TYPE_THERMOSTAT

Specific Device Class: SPECIFIC_TYPE_THERMOSTAT_GENERAL_V2
