Add functionality to Existing Project

This project goal will include the homefinder you designed last year. It will have the same concept however we will make it more personal, and automate the criteria with data we have in a table. Since we have exact figures we will need to calculate min and max ranges.

We have data in a table that has the following user information:

MLSNumber (id of property) - mls will give us the following info:

list price

bedrooms

baths

price

zipcode

type - single family, townhome, condo, highrise

and much more information if we need it

First Name

Last Name

Email

Phone

Date user viewed property

Site user was on we have 4

This is important because the user will need to be

Contain links that are directed to the appropriate site

Emailed from the site (...@[url removed, login to view])

Context in email will need to have signature with user info

With this data we will create a portal similar to our homefinder app automatically, but

we will change the emails to be more personal.

We do not want the user to think it is automated.

the emails will contain 6 homes as well that are from his portal, each one will link to the clients portal

How the criteria will be established by the first MLSNumber the client viewed:

3 mile radius from Lat / Long coordinates

We will send an update every week to the user but with different text. Please include a .txt file that we can change easily and name them, week1, week2, week3.... etc..... or you can configure in a db if you like somehow, just make sure it is easy for us to update

Also add a unsubscribe link so we can disable the search.

You will need to make 4 copies of this app, and make a sub domain for each domain. You will also need to apply the template design to match. Sub domain [url removed, login to view]

We have code written to track user so you will need to add that as well.
