Hi there,
Thanks for reviewing my proposal. This is an interesting project, I have a number of years experience developing software for imaging systems. One of which we have used live555 to access a HD stream from an IP camera, carry out analysis of the image data and then restream the data with markups. This particular system was developed on a linux based system, although I am more comfortable working in a windows.
In your description you say that you need the developed software to be work in VB.net, so I assume you will need wrappers around the DLLs?
Email me if you are interested in my proposal and bid.
Thanks,
Pat
