WPF application that receive files from another applications in the netwwork

WPF Application with the following : 1- WPF window "Main Window" that waits for json network commands to be received, once received, it will execute this command. 2- Commands to be received and expected behavior : a. {"command":"new_file", "type" , "pdf"} , this command will start new thread waits for file to be sent via network. Once received, it will save it locally on specified folder. So if type pdf, it will be saved in pdfs folder, if video {"command":"new_file", "type" , "video"} , saved in videos folder b.{"command":"list_files"} , will return list of files in the server (receiver window) that was previously received. c.{"command":"open_file", "file_name":"[login to view URL]","file_type":"video"} , will open that file 4.{"command":"close_window"} will close the app - Receiver app must be in WPF - Sender app must be in Java We only need the receiver app (WPF app) but for you to test and try your work you can make sample app or any demo in java that does the sending job. You can also make it in C# as well but do not use .net specific technologies because the real sender app will be in java.
