VB2010 Custom Control, ActiveX or Wrapper for IP cameras using RTSP and HTTP streaming protocols

The main purposes of the control are: 1. Show video streaming from IP cameras in a Picturebox or any other custom controls supporting H264, MPEG-4 and motion JPEG 2. The control must include 2 text overlay for custom text 3. Save snapshots in JPEG format 4. Easy to insert in any visual basic net project as a control 5. Must be very stable and optimized to work with instances 6. The code must have an automatic recovery process for offline event.
