Twitter and facebook followers/likes

I am trying to promote a heavy metal band on Facebook / Twitter . I need: - 20000 Facebook keyword targeted likes for their Facebook fan Page. - 10000 Facebook keyword targeted (at least 70% american) likes for their American Facebook fan Page - 20000 Real keyword targeted Twitter followers for their Twitter Account. Please bid ony if you can deliver the results in a timely way (compatibly with social network's time requirements) Project requirements: 1) YOUR TECHNIQUES MUST NOT ENDANGER THE FACEBOOK/TWITTER ACCOUNTS BY PUTTING THEM AT RISK OF BEING BANNED 2) All likes/fans/followers must come from real people with active account, at least 30 days old, and with over 50 friends (no fake accounts). ABSOLUTELY NO BOTS 3) Achievement bust be made without Illegal activity (no blackhat methods and the likes) 4) Fans must be active, similar bands' active followers can (and should) be targeted. Will give keywords and a list of similar bands which have strong facebook/twitter presence. 5) No spammers or distasteful, illegal or inappropriate profile pictures 6) No affiliations with likers/fans/followers that will risk our page being deleted 7) This project will be considered 'completed' once there are the required followers/likes, including those already present on their pages. Payment Terms - 50% After all three pages has reached at least 5000 likes/followers. - 50% 2 weeks after completion, for testing that people provided is real. P.S. - please explain your methods and how you will report on the results, and how many keywords you can use - note that more projects could be given if this will be successful.
