Voice collection project in Moscow Russia

We have a project where in we require your assistance in Moscow, Russia.

We are working on a speech recognition software for Russian Market to make it more advance. It would be using voice recognition only to interact with computers. It require using Russian speakers talking to computers for about an hour. We would provide with voice recognition capability for about an hour.

We would also likely provide onsite support to make sure things were going smoothly. We require approx. 100 Russian speakers to record for one hour each. No Qualification or Experience required. Even, we are fine with students from universities.

How much would it cost to have the speakers talk to our "voice recognition" only computers for one hour? We can give you complete instruction on how this works. Essentially, the speakers are just talking to the computers, asking them to find information using the internet, sending emails, posting to Facebook, Twitter; Telling it to play songs; etc..

Our project managers will bring 6-7 computers along with them with pre-installed application for "voice recognition". We also require help in finding place that would host the data collection using roughly 6-7 computers to record people for 1 hour each. Like some Office or Education Institutes are an options. However, we need to do this in the most cost effective way possible.
