Social Media Executive

DUBAI BASED Are you passionate about social media marketing and branding? We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking Social Media Executive to work with us on a long-term basis. To grow brand awareness and build strong engaging social media communities for multiple brands. Responsibilities: • Visual design • Develop a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and increase engagement • Engaging content editing and creation • Develop relevant content topics to reach the target customers • Write engaging posts and articles • Schedule and publish content • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts, messages and developing discussions • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms • Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation • Knowledge of social media analytics software • Generate ideas to help promote the business / brand • Find ways to increase the brand following • Provide feedback from social media trends and research • Turn followers into customer Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in social media marketing • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms. • Experience of developing strategies across social media and digital marketing areas • You have to be a social media power user • Proven background building a quality online following for a business. • Experience using social media analytics tools • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas • Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content. • Flexible and engaging writing style. • Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics. • Writing, blogging ability • Strong organizational skills and communication skills a must. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects • Ability to work independently and flexibly • Attention to detail and accuracy • Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude
