Social Media INFOGRAPHICS Content Creator & Sales Manager

I'm in need of a proficient social media content creator and manager to create engaging infographics and animations across multiple platforms. The platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, and our blog.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in:
- Creating vibrant infographics and animations
- Managing and scheduling posts effectively
- Engaging with followers to build community and brand loyalty
- Graphic design
- Creating text animations
- Getting followers to sign up for our SAAS product
Our social media strategy targets young adults and middle-aged adults. Relevant experience in content creation for this demographic is preferred. This is a full-time position and requires someone who is current with social media trends and can create content to attract and retain this specific audience.
TIME COMMITMENT:
This is a long-term full-time job. We are looking for dedicated and passionate people to help us grow our social media influence.
You will be creating at least 2 infographics and short informational videos per day, 5 days per week.
Your work schedule is flexible except for our weekly team meeting -
You will be REQUIRED to attend a weekly team meeting on Sundays at 11AM-1PM CST (Chicago time).
BENEFITS:
You will receive 24 paid days off per year including holidays.
You can work on your own schedule.
COMMISSION:
We want to incentivize you to treat our marketing like your own company.
Therefore, you will receive a commission of $1 to $100 per sale from our social media posts, up to $10,000 per month.
Example: 100 users sign up for our annual professional tier using our social media links. You will receive $100 x 100 users = $10,000 is commission for the month.
BASE SALARY:
In addition to the commission, we want to ensure that you have a monthly base salary for the work you produce as this is a full-time job.
BID:
You are bidding on your EXPECTED MONTHLY BASE SALARY, excluding all commission.
Example:
If you bid $100, you are agreeing to take this full-time job for $100 per month + commission.
Please include social media accounts you have managed and your previous work with your bid.
