Communication between foreign customers and Chinese suppliers is my daily work and natural ability. You can call me any time directly as I speak very good English also. The issue is that my time is expensive as I'm offering high effiency and great value. I saw someone is offering 7USD/Hour which is totally unacceptable for me. So you may need think about it then make the decision. 4. Negotiation is totally not a problem for me. Even some customers hire me to solve their quality compensation problems with Chinese suppliers. Which is pretty tough and very few people can solve properly. I'm good at it as I know pretty well for both sides.
