It is possible to implement this requirement w/o using the stock sync shopify plugin. The complexity depends on the input format that your supplier uses in his email but in general such a solution is possible within one day of development. You will need a simple PC or webhosting to execute it (3 times a week). If you do not want to use a custom script, I would need more details: . what version have you subscribed to? . what error message do you get, what does work, what does not work?
