Quality blog comments

I need blog comments for sites belonging to my clients. Thus I would need reseller rates that are competitive. Backlinks should be dofollow links from blogs, forums or regular sites, (These are not reciprocal links!) and MUST comply with the 2 conditions described in the description below:

The conditions are: 1) The specific PAGE ITSELF - where the link will be placed - MUST have at least Page Rank of 1 ! Homepage is not important, The only thing that matters is that the ACTUAL page where the link is being put ??" MUST have PR1 or higher. AND 2) The Page where the link is being placed must NOT contain more than 20 links on that same page. 20 is the Maximum. Not more! These 2 conditions must BOTH be met in order for the project to be considered completed successfuly. You'll have to post yourself in the blogs and forums that you find. Links should not be from porn, pharmacy or any sort of gambling sites. You'l need to send your work in an organized excel spreadsheet. There is a LOT of long-term SEO work for the serious worker that can do a good Job on this task. (Long term means - really long term!).
