I want a website that makes me money and a MINIMUM of $25US a month.
The objective of this project is to design a website that will make at least $25US/month as a passive income.
Objectives:
To design a website that should…
• Run on its own
• Bring regular income of at least $25US/month via Adsense (and if suggested other affiliate programs)
Prerequisites:
• Previous experience with Adsense Optimization. Can provide track record.
• Serious wanting to extend cooperation to future projects
Project description
• Suggestion: preparation of 3 concepts for the webpage; I will then be selecting the one to work on.
• Copywriting: preparing all textual material for the webpage
No adult content, no racially discriminating or politically incorrect material will be accepted. Material must respect current US law and should not infringe on any copyright.
• Website graphics: Preparing a simple but graphical profile for the website.
• Website: Preparing the actual website
• Adsense integration and optimization: Website content should be adsense optimized and an adsense account should be created and integrated to the website. Delivered with login and password.
The use of other affiliate programs is welcome as a suggestion

Picture banks: if you want to you can purchase cheap pictures from picture banks and I will be paying you for all expenses made when shown proof of payment. Otherwise just refer me to the picture bank and I will do the actual purchase.
Bidding requirements:
• Suggestion: preparation of 3 concepts for the webpage; I will then be selecting the one to work on.
• Strategy: tell me why your concept will work
• Look and feel of graphical profile; if you want you can send me a .jpg but otherwise just describe your idea on words.
• Suggestion of free/available “web domain” to go with the idea.

Buyer will receive full copyright on all material
If I discover that the textual material provided is taken has been copy/pasted from another source I will immediately cancel the project.
