Must ready this entirely and then PM before bid, do not send me loads of your previous sites, choose a few and send those plus your company website to me for evaluation by PM. I will reply and give you additional details like our site and then I will ask by PM for an estimated cost. What we need: 1. Website Re-Design in HTML and Graphic Design, Approx. 40-45 pages. I have all the content, but need your suggestions for placement 2. Some Content Rewrite and Reorganization and Transfer of old site to new site. May need some adjustments of text. 3. Site Map 4. SEO, your suggestions needed. A. We need more real traffic B. Check PR rank suggest improvements C. Check Meta Tags, suggest improvements 5. Company Logo. 6. Some script may need to be installed for a video. (I have a video, and I need the script installed so it will run on my site. 7. Google Adwords Ad locations revised. 8. Fresh Contact page, I will give you the current design, you just need to revise it and code it, I think I have everything you need, this is easy. Already have one installed on CGI, but need to make sure this one can be installed also. Site Must have the Following: A. Consistency B. Look and BE professional (Business Style, but friendly) C. Creative D. An attention grabber E. Easy to Navigate F. Must allow for flexible width for different browsers. 20/80 site. 10% each side blank, 80% middle content. G. The copyright on all graphics and logos should be given to me. You must have outstanding site design skills, writing skills, be flexible, listen to direction, ask questions, use Skype or MSN. You must be willing to provide me with several design ideas for both the website and the logo. One design is not going to work, I need to see more than one to evaluate the direction I want to go. I need to see something in order to agree with it, only making changes to the design that you do is not going to work for me. Some additional comments: 1. Our company is in a niche market. We sell high volumes of products world wide only. We are an export trading company and we also offer some other services. We are not a retail store. 2. Our products are high technology, innovative items. 3. Site needs to look corporate like, professional, but friendly. It needs to be straight forward, telling people what we do and what we offer and how our products will solve their problems and why they need to come to us to get them instead of our competitors. 4. It needs to load quickly without 401's. Before working on this project you must fully understand what it is we do and what we want. Please leave your website and portfolio information so I can see your previous work. Do not bid unless you have pm'ed first, if you bid without pm that means you did not read the project and your bid may be deleted. When you do bid you must not give me an impossible time frame. I am interested to have a world clock installed on my site, but I have been told that needs php, I am not sure I can edit that myself, give me your suggestions. If we can create a new page on my site only for the clock that will also work fine, that way only that page has to be in php. I also may want to create a place for visitors to sign up, leaving their name, address, phone, email, products of interest, etc to keep in a database for future emails to these customers if we have new or updates on our site.
