54751 Talking Flash Character

I need a paid membership website where my customers can record their voice online. Their voice will then be turned into a talking flash character which can be added to their website. This will work like [login to view URL] Unlike SitePal, I do NOT need the "record by phone" service. My members should be able to use the following to make their characters talk. Text to Speach Record by microphone. Upload Sound File. The sound files should be lip synced to the characters. There should be 2 different types of characters from the members to choose from. One male and one female character. The male character should have a male voice, and the female character should have a female voice. After the user has saved the recording, they should be able to have the charater added to their website by adding a simple line of HTML code. Please PMB me with samples.
