Export attachments from salesforce to local harddrive

1. Create desktop software that has to be run from computer where we want to download & store all files.

2. The software will connect to Salesforce, download respective files to proper folder structure on local machine harddrive

3. Further store the link on Salesforce

4. Delete the downloaded attachments from Salesforce.

5. Implementing a feature to store file locally & place a link in Salesforce for future reference.
