Simple Ruby on Rails Backend Changes (Front-end most markup/css/assets will be provided)

I need to change a few things on my site because I have to work on some other stuff, so I don't have time to do it myself. I hope I can find a talented coder to work with on different projects long term. I have devise setup and running with 2 user models. I need to add a third model, and change some of the functionality. This is an intro project for a much larger project, and if you prove yourself here, you will have a lot more work given to you as soon as we finish this one! Functionality Changes: Devise password validation, passwords should be 8 characters, and contain at least 1 number and 1 letter. each model has their own login page, and landing page. Company User I need to change one of the current business_user models that will allow them to register only if they get an invite link via email, and not require them to verify their email upon signup (because they can only sign up with the email address they got an invite to). the current business_user model belongs_to a company, and I need those users to see the company profile page with the uploaded logo, hero image, etc.. The first user that was added to that company, will be able to see a list of the other users, with the ability to disable and delete users, and when that user deletes another user, he has the option (with checkbox) to have all associated rows to be transferred to him. That same first user, will be able to upload a company header to a specified folder on s3, other users can only upload profile pictures. business_users should have forms to edit their first name, last name, pw, etc.. with an edit link to each input Admin User This is the user that’s managing all the users in the site, he can already add new companies, I just need him to be able to add/remove/edit users, and manage companies. Again, just like a business user, if he creates a user, the user can signup and create an account from an invitation link. and just like the business user, he should be able to disable and enable users Also, when a user gets disabled or deleted, the devise session must be destroyed. New Functionality Add another user model that allows users to register and once they do, they get redirected to application#welcome_visitor action after they login The completion of this model and functionality will be the next project I’ll post and assign to you if you do a good job with this one Client side Form validation client-side validation needs to be setup for all the forms. Important: The front-end is done, and mockups will be provided. I will provide VERY detailed specs for the functionality, I spend a lot of time creating it.
