COBOL Client for PokitDok API

Hello, I have checked your requirements and the PokitDok API documentation and would like to write the COBOL binding for you, have also good experience in data processing for healthcare branch from past projects. But there are some issues - I hope it is ok to you, please contact me if you are interested nevertheless: 1) I can only work with GnuCOBOL compiler and would use the libcurl library, have currently no access to other COBOL development systems, 2) I can compile and test the Software only for current linux versions, so without testing can not guarantee it to work on other systems like AS/400, 3) The volume of code to be done is a bit larger than the given budget here, so I would like to have $600 for the work.
