* Arduino systems : -Research basic functions, types of codes used, and circuit diagrams. -Research similar programs and explain why arduino has an advantage over them. -Research simulation techniques in arduino systems. -Research control theory and production control. * Valves : -Research different types of valves (shutoff on/off, non-return, throttling, and final control element) and the subtypes of valves within these. Pro and cons of each type over the other. -Research valve and valve body material and their pros/cons and corrosion resistance (Brass, stainless steel, plastic). *Fluid Viscosity/flow : -Research the relationship between the viscosity and flow of a subject. And the effect of temperature on both. -Research the causes and the effects of cavitation and flashing on fluid flow. *mixing mechanisms : -Research mixing mechanisms in the industry in general (Food, industrial, fluids, medical, etc....). *Research the properties of certain fluids : -denatured alcohol (weight, solubility, density, rate of evaporation,flow). -essential oils ( e.g oud oil, lavander, sandal) same as above. -latex Paint, same properties as above. *Research properties (heat transfer, corrosion resistance, pressure build up, ease of cleaning, weight, cost) of container materials used to store: -Alcohol -water -paint -essential oils (Stainless steel, steel, glass, acrylic, plastic). Also research the different shapes of containers and how they affect fluid flow within and out of the container. *Motors: -Research types of electrical motors and their subtypes, pros/cons, their uses, efficiency, how power forms change within motors, motor sustainability, motor performance in relation to torque, load, speed, and efficiency in the different types of motors and how some of these properties remain constant while others alternate. -Research motor loses and their effect on efficiency.
