I'm really inspired to work on this project i have done some product visualization before and I'd love to make this project alive as soon as possible .. hope we can make it done .. modeling according to the complexity of the product wont take more than 3 days max .. Rigging and animation like you provided could be done in one day or 2 maximum .. for fast rendering time for this type of motion I'd suggest using Redshift as it's passed on GPU for further information please in box me i'd love to help ..
