Preliminary House Plan Layouts

I am a custom home designer. I am seeking a CAD drafter to layout preliminary black and white plans, elevations, roof plan, and sections from sketches, concept photos, and customer content on Houzz Idea Books. No design is required, just drafting. I do not need complete working drawings, but I do need Imperial dimensions on the model and sometimes notes in English and some details. Dimensions are to be to face of stud, face of foundation, sides of openings, not to center lines. Occasionally I will ask for 3D aerial views and a rendering, which will be extra. Drawings will be on 18"x24" or 24"x36" paper with my title block depending on the size of the plan. I prefer Cadsoft Envisioneer Essentials V13. software files, because that is what I use, but I can import Autocad .dwg and .dwf files. and must be able to manipulate your data. Your software files must be compatible with my software so a test file will be required. These are easy, small jobs that should only take hours to complete, but not more than 2 days at most. I expect to have one project per week, so I need high quality, accuracy, and a quick turn around. Only experienced drafters need apply. Projects will range from small cabins, shops, garages, tract homes, to large luxury homes. There may be several revisions required to complete the final design, so any such extra time will be paid extra on an agreed hourly rate depending on your skill and experience. Each preliminary design will become the core drawings of the working drawings, which I will do, but there may be revisions during the working drawings phase once in awhile. Sometimes roof design may be necessary. Most preliminary plans will include a floor plan for each level, with windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, decks, section cut symbols, exterior and interior dimensions, and walls to 1/4" scale. Elevations will include roof pitch, roofing, windows, doors, siding, masonry elements, and datum elevations to 1/4" scale. Roof plan does not need to show framing, but only fascia lines, ridges, valleys, overhangs, chimneys, and exterior dimensions. Sections will show roof pitch, vertical datum elevations, exterior dimensions, walls, floors, roofs, insulation, and notes. Plans are drawn to meet the 2015 IRC for the Pacific Northwest of the USA.
