What we have
A React app that has navigation and Bluetooth connectivity implemented. It can scan for Bluetooth devices nearby and give a list.
What we need
The app needs to be able to always run in the background and continuously scan for Bluetooth devices and store it in a CSV file. It must be then synced to an AWS server in regular intervals using http requests when the internet is connected.
