Help me Build A Short Video App with React Native and Firebase for Android

I am a React and Firebase developer. I need someone to help me with building a Tick-Tock like Short Video App for Android. I need ALL the features of the original app. I have the fonts, icons and even the front-end UI almost ready. I am planning to use Deep AR SDK for filter effects. The app has to be quick to load and shouldn't lag at all. I also have the source code from another app that I have attached below that is written in native java with backend in parse (back4app) which I can provide you if it helps but that app lags a lot and the investors rejected it.
