WebPage for Crime Analysis in US from 1982-2015 using R

I am looking for a webpage that will allow users to analyze crime data in the US from 1982-2015 using R. I am open to suggestions for specific features and requirements, but I would like the webpage to include both charts and interactive maps for data visualization.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong knowledge of R programming language
- Experience in web development and design
- Expertise in data visualization
- Familiarity with crime data and analysis
- Ability to create custom-built webpage
- Knowledge of chart and map libraries for data visualization.
After analysis, I need these answers. Also, if we can make some other observations, that would be great.
1. To determine whether the shooting is directly related to mental illness, race, or gender?
2. To determine in which state shooting is more frequent?
3. To determine whether a higher population in a state affects the crime rate?
4. To develop a website to demonstrate US Mass shootings from 1982 - 2015.
This project aims to study the mass shooting in the united states from 1982 to 2015, which resulted in the loss of life of indigenous holocaust.
The data set we chose is from the official website of the United States Crime Department.
This Data was submitted to the Criminal court by Police Department, to focus on the increase in crime rate over the years.
I have the data set. I want to apply machine learning techniques such as cluster analysis, PCA, and other techniques as well and find out.
Along with the webpage, I also want a report and ppt. this is a personal project. I want it done perfectly. Just built a webpage that demonstrates the project
