Hi, I'm studying web scraping now and want to learn how to use IP rotation to prevent getting blocked. I need the following things.
1. Website which blocks you when you try to access it without IP rotation
2. Scraper without IP rotation which DOESN'T work for the website above
3. Scraper with IP rotation which works for the website above
I just need simple Python scripts to understand how IP rotation works.
< Requirements >
1. Language : Python 2 or 3 (preferably 3)
2. Maximum budget : 30 USD
3. Please show me some proofs (script, screenshot, video, etc.) that you can handle this project. I would appreciate it if you could include them in your proposal. I will award you after I confirm your scripts can work the way I want on my PC.
