need confirmed Facebook API for "Page Public Content Access"

I want a small help (budget is $20).
Our software get's feed from public facebook page (not owned by me), however,
Due to recent changes in Facebook API, we can no longer get feed, because API shows error message: "Page Public Content Access" required.
I want help to achieve that or if someone can give me a FB user which has that confirmed api key.
