Implement an artificial neural network in python django web application with CUDA compatible GPU

I have a django web application that runs a series of tasks. I want to implement an artificial neural network for running those tasks rather than doing it in normal python script. The program implemented must be compatible with nVidia CUDA GPU to balance parallel computing properly.
