We are looking for a professional to hire to help us through every aspect of the finding, purchase and application of planning permission for an area of land within Hampshire as close to 1 acre as possible or bigger depending on our budget of 30,000. The land will be used to place a 60ft by 20ft log cabin from which to run an adult day care centre. Also a mobile home for myself and my partner to live in onsite/ possibly a residential log cabin for us to live in. There would also be a big portion of the land to have a small holding of rescued farm animals, and garden to grow fruit and vegetables and plants.
