pcb layout for a egic like product

HI, I am looking for someone who is able to design and make prototypes of a pcb for an ecig like the product. Deliverables from this project would be: - Sematic - Pcb files for mass production - Part manifest with all parts and estimated cost in quantity - Documentation on how android and ios apps can control pcb for all the required controls. - 5 prototype boards. Pcb Electronics Requirements: • the power source is 1 cr123a batteries at 3.7v • Pbc size 17 by 33mm. • Output to heating element needs 0.6-0.9Ω ≤5V o Should heat up and stay hot for about 30 seconds. I should be able to change the heat up time and time it says hot for with the controls. • Bluetooth LOE controls • Controls: o There should be a screen something like Resolution 64*32 Module outline (W x HxD) 14.5 x 8.6 × 1.2 (mm) Active area (WxH) 11.8 × 5.58 (mm) View area 12.58*6.98  This is an example image of on-screen controls. The button there could be 4 bars at the button for battery indication. As it gets lower changes color • 100% - white or green • 75% - yellow • 50% - orange • 25% - red  The background could change status with what is happening. • Stand bye – white or black • Heating- red • Ready- Green  In the center, there is the temperature that the user as a set. They should be able to change from C to F. o The main control is a button that can turn left, right and push in.  Left/ Right: Decrease and increase temperature.  Push in: enter  Push and hold for 5 seconds: on/off. o USB-C Charging Port.
