Syncronize machine movement

We have a Hangtat bridge gantry saw. X,Y,Z axis. Runs in manual and has an automatic feature where you can input, in millimeters, the next several parallel cuts.

325 is the motion sensor for the X axis

326 is an overall view of the machine. It is a simple 3 axis beam saw, motion sensor measures X axis beam travel.

327 is the Hakko touch screen and operator control board

Problem:

1. Machine was running fine in both manual and Auto mode until the Hakko screen died and then nothing worked.

2. The Hakko Monitouch V606iM10 was replaced with a new S806M10D.

3. Manufacturer is no longer in business so hired an electrical engineering company in Fiji. They transferred programs, had some sort of a problem because of a pass word protection, did something with the PLC. Machine did not work.

4. They linked via internet to someone in NZ, made some changes.

5. Machine currently works fine in manual mode.

6. Auto works but is not properly calibrated and cannot be used. This Auto function primarily determines the next cut distance of the X axis. We need this to be accurate to the ¼ millimeter.
