Writemaps-like application JS

I need a similar application like http://writemaps.com. Version requirements for the according languages: - PHP Version 5.x - CSS 3 - HTML5 - jQuery 3.1.1 - mySQL 5.x FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION: - load and save projects from/in a database through PDO-connection (all PHP-code has to be done in proper PHP-functions - coding-guideline and namespaces you can find in the attached guideline-document) - all design has to be based on Bootstrap 3 and HTML5 - jQuery 3.1.1, all data has to be loaded dynamically through AJAX, so there is no reloading of the page - each card can get attributes like Codetypes: HTML, JS, PHP. These attributes have to be dynamic also from the database, so I can change and add new attributes. This data has to be loaded from a database, so a PHP-function has to be written (for example function loadAttributes() for more details read the guideline-document) - assign to each card one or more user (users are also loaded from a database, for example function getUsers() for more details read the guideline-document) - I need an smart and easy navigation-method, maybe symbols on each to open/close all card below, show all attributes - ability to drag&drop cards with their complete sub-card to another card.
