Need experienced (android) developer to help my programmer to complete demo apps (for pitching to clients) for early stage startup in Ireland.
1. Improve functionality - currently has multi screen apps, Menu structure, done in java, with basic spinners able to add new fields, data saves to csv. locally We need assistance to egress/ingress to firebase backend including login and possibly cloud messaging.
2. Incorporate some open source code into the back-end
3. Help develop basic APIs
4. Improve visuals and UX on apps.
5. Experience with ANdroid Wear would be great.
All above is to improve and complete functional demo app with largely working backend.
Preference is for someone here in Ireland but thats fine. Looking for someone that is highly competent, can take and improve the app. Pure coding exercise.
If this project goes well then definitely will continue to larger project.
Prefer to break the project into small stages - builds confidence and lowers risks. Can be done lump sums or hourly.
