SafePAY Project Summary – a payment & logistics solution through wallet. (Not needed anyway). Functionalities SafePAY DASHBAORD All users must login before they can access SafePAY Dashboard. After login request all users must fill their contact info – Full Name, Phone No (required), Whatsapp No. (Required) and Instagram (optional). Users must be able to edit this information from dashboard anytime. Your SafePAY Wallet No. (10 digit number to be generated automatically the system) Fund Wallet – use card payment or bank transfer. Enter Amount. If the user choose bank transfer – display our bank details, automatically generate payment ref, then confirm payment form will for account name, bank name, amount paid. Once we confirm the payment and amount or by the gateway, the balance should go instantly into CLEARED BALANCE. Cleared Balance: This is the total amount the user can use or available for withdrawal. Cleared balance is what the user can use for any transaction on the sytem. Pending payment – display list of credit (positive sign, eg 2,000 (green color)) & debit payments ( - 2,000 (red color) awaiting approval. Each transaction will display full name ( and username in bracket) of the sender. Transaction History – display credit and debit transactions here. Withdraw Wallet: ask for bank name, account name and account number. Send a notification to the admin and also drop at the backend for admin & display time created. Include CVS Export. Transfer Payment – this allow a user to transfer to another user. However, it will request for pre-confirmation by displaying user’s contact details and submit. (DO NOT ACTIVATE THIS PART FOR NOW) SafePAY Agents (Only approved SafePAY agents should have access to this place). To apply as agent – Vendor’s code (required) Active drop-shippers are automatically SafePAY agents and they have automatic access to Agent Dashboard From Agent Dashboard – user can view automatic generated referral link. Agents can also see the usernames of their referrals. Automatic referral link will appear for each agent on their dashboard. Agents should see the list of all users that registered via his link. Any visitor that uses the referral link to signup will display the username on agent’s dashboard. SafePAY agent will receive certain amount (specified by the admin) anytime the user uses safePAY to make payment. Except the payment status “completed by the admin” no commission payment should be granted to the safePAY Wallet of the agent. However, agents can view pending payment from safePAY Wallet. Note – Agent only receive payment if their users is the one that created the link. However, the money will not drop into seller’s wallet until delivery is completed. Buyers wallet shall be deducted instantly the seller accept the request, but the payment will only show pending. Buyers can’t cancel request immediately after seller has accepted it. However. Seller can still cancel the request and the money will return to buyer’s wallet immediately.
