Wordpress Blog Customization

Hello! I have a blog that needs some customization. Here is a link to the blog: [login to view URL] Here is the list of things I needed done: 1. Home page header: Currently it is way too large and I don't want video. I just want a nice picture. Over that picture, I want a countdown timer that I can edit. Over the top of the timer, it should say: "I am currently" (I can edit and change the name of the city), then the timer should be in the middle, and underneath the timer it should say "until my next trip to" (I can edit and change the name of the city) 2. Logo: I want it much larger, taking up a good piece of the left hand corner, instead of being confined to that box. 3. Navigation Bar: I want the following links Home Destination Dairies Travel Tips Housesitting Contact Me 4. Categories Side Bar Should list parent categories only, with a drop down menu that will open the categories underneath when clicked. 5. When you click the current EXPLORE link on my navigation bar, I like the way the first 3 posts are displayed. After that, it's a mess and I'm not sure why. I need to make sure that when someone clicks the new Destination Diaries or Travel Tips links, that the posts are displayed like those first 3 posts of the current Explore link. 6. Home Page: A) The posts that are displayed below the map should show the most recent posts. It's not currently doing that, and it is probably because of the way they are categorized. Also, I want all of those boxes to be the same size. B) At the bottom of the home page, there are pictures that flip that are currently named Stories, Tips, and Lifestyle. I want pictures like this at the top of the page, above the map, and titled Destination Diaries, Travel Tips, and Housesitting (and correspond to the links in the navigation bar) 7. Footer: I don't want all of that information in there. Just a copyright note is fine. 8. Right Side Bar: At the top, I want an entry box to subscribe to my mailing list and link to my Mail Chimp account. 9. Contact Me page should direct to my correct email address. 10. When you bid on this project, use the word VACATION so I know you have read and completely understand this job. Bids without this will be deleted.
