.[login to view URL] whois is script needed

I am looking for a standard script to automatically monitor the .[url removed, login to view] whois.

The script should do the following.

I will need a database setup where i can put say 50 .[url removed, login to view] domains in. The script written in PHP will then check each one of the .[url removed, login to view] domains every5 seconds to see if it is available. If it is available the script should send an automatic email to register the domain, and then remove the domain name from the database. if the domain name is not available then i iwill just carry throught all the domains in the database until the list is empty.
