White Screen Error - Digital Signage

We need an intervention, please
We develop interactive digital kiosks. We use an intel stick and the kiosk runs on windows and kioware. For some reason white screens appear randomly. When the tv remote control is turned OFF and ON again, the kiosk is active again. Anyone knows how to fix it?
