WhattApp software

I want someone who can develop a software which can deliver bulk marketing message via whatsapp with Text, Picture and Video.

If you've developed this solution for some one, please quote a price. I will prefer a ready solution rather than developing it. Please show me your sample solution demo to check.

The program should include the following features:


1. I need to auto bulk sending whatsapp message (From Different WhatsApp Account).


2. Allow me to upload contact list via csv or excel, txt


3. Scheduling to send out whatsapp.


4. Can generate the recipient list for Whatsapp user and provide a list management feature

5. Filter whatsapp numbers from a list of mobile numbers and send only to whatsapp numbers


5. deliver the text message, pictures or videos to all the recipients in the list


6. have a unsubscribe feature


7. report interface shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sucessfully sent, also able to detect clients that do not have whatsapp and automatically arrange those numbers into a separate excel file for me to extract the list of numbers and names. Those names will be taken off from the normal list so we do not have to repeat the process again.


8. besides text, can send and receive from image and Video

9. the website can send text, image and video msg to whatsapp. Also, the webiste can receive text, image and video msg from whatsapp too.


10. admin panel and reseller panel and user panel
