I need a website and web application for my printshop and managing the internal work management among workers in printing shop.
Module 1: Website

Needs for Website,
* Pages for basic information about our printing shop
* Display list of printing works done by us (fliers, books, banners, business card, etc.,)
* User Registration
* User can submit their print order through form. (will be stored in database and mail the order with unique ID to them)
* User can track their status of work. (status will be updated in admin, that will explain below)
First i will explain the works involved in our print shop

There are 3 stages in our internal shop work
1. Designing Stage (some employees involved)
2. Printing and Finishing (some employees involved)
3. Package and delivery (some employees involved)
Module 2: Printshop Management Web Application

Needs as a admin/manager,
* Admin username and password to access the system.
* Order placed by user will be alloted to the employee of various stage (as described above) based on their availability.
* Orders report generation and search based on various filtering like date, customer name, time period, stage of work, etc.,
Needs as a employee in my print shop,
* Will be provided with unique username and password for all the employees.
* Can able to see the works assigned to them
* After completing the work, they will update the status to next stage (then this order will be assigned to employee of next stage)
* After all stages are completed, order will be marked as completed
