webGL 3D Web Application Developer(s)

I'm looking for a talented developer with extensive experience and references working with webGL, [login to view URL] or unity. This is an extension of an existing product that is using 2D plans for managing space within a building. High level summary: 1. Create a room(s) by specifying or drawing a to scale perimeter. Rooms can be different shapes and heights. Doors can be positioned on the perimeter and internal walls can be put up. 2. Manage a set of objects within a library. A desk for example will have a number of parameters and its 3d representation. 3. Add objects from the library into the room. Objects cant overlap. I can select an object and view its properties. I can add properties such as name, location, asset number. 4. Ability to delete objects from the room, change their orientation and essentially manage the space. 5. View the space without privileges to change. Spin and navigate. I will need someone to deliver the above as part of this project and happy for the developer to extend any existing open source projects if they have experience here. If I am happy with the developer then a second project is required for integration and an ongoing support arrangement for continuous development and improvement.
