Webform - change position of description and title in template

Within drupal 7 I am using webform. I have created a webform and I am using: [login to view URL] This is working fine. But what I need is to witch the location of the component description to the top of each question. I need a solution that is compatible with the module. Again, the job is to switch the location from the component description to the but I still need the webform_component to work.
